Before my track bikes steering was very smooth, easily able to barspin. After a few weeks, it just started to stiffen up, and now I can hardly even barspin nor can I ride with no hands, it's just to stiff. I know the headset is on correctly, and I lubed everything up with grease, and wiped the excess off. But it's still stiff, I'm not sure what to do. Any advice?
