Okay, I have tourettes and my tick is that I constantly crack my neck and move it around. Usually when I crack it or move it around, other people can't hear it but I can perfectly fine (it makes a weird lock like grinding sound) the thing is though, my neck hurts because of all this. Really badly. Because I have this annoying tick, I just can't stop. People say just don't do it but I can't. It hurts when I don't and it hurts when I do. Help please. The pain just got a whole lot worse today.
