All day yesterday had a pretty bad stomach ache, but no vomit/using the bathroom. I finally got to sleep around 11pm, but woke up around 2am with a bad fever, and the same stomach ache, it kind of felt like I was having a bad dream because of my stomach ache so it really freaked me out and woke me up.
I finally got back to sleep around 5am, and when I woke up about an hour ago, I felt fine. I still feel fine just groggy from being up all night.
What do you think it could have been? Just a bug? I haven't used the bathroom since early yesterday, and I haven't thrown up. I think I'm going to the doctor in a few hours, but I'm curious to see what this could be.
