Streaming video from www.megavideo.com to my Motorola Droid.?

I have the Motorola Droid, an I'm planning on upgrading to the Droid X. My question is...I want to upload my movie collection to www.megavideo.com (as private). When I did a test file and tried viewing it on my phone I received an error saying it was not optimized for mobile. What codec, resolution, and bitrate should I aim at to make this happen?
