you add scripture or comment? Matthew 8:14-17'.......14 When Jesus came into Peter's house, he saw Peter's mother-in-law lying in bed with a fever. 15 He touched her hand and the fever left her, and she got up and began to wait on him.
16 When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. 17 This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
"He took up our infirmities
and carried our diseases.

See also
Isa 53:4......Surely he took up our infirmities
and carried our sorrows,
yet we considered him stricken by God,
smitten by him, and afflicted.

John 1:29...... 29The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Could it be Matt 8:1-16 are in the bible to prove Jesus was the one foretold in Isaiah ?
Is Isa 53 prophecy about Jesus ?
Can you add any relevant scriptures or comments ?

Yes this Jesus was the person that came to take all of our sins & infirmities upon him but we have to see that happened only on the cross & not during his ministry. But also what John said was fulfilled also during Jesus life time.

Yes, Matt11- And when John had heard in prison about the works of Christ, he sent two of[a] his disciples and said to Him, “Are You the Coming One, or do we look for another?”
Jesus answered and said to them, “Go and tell John the things which you hear and see: The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them. And blessed is he who is not offended because of Me.”
