Subaru Legacy vs Acura TSX?

I'm taking a quick survey, just for kicks.
My buddy is looking at getting a new car, and it is between a 2007 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT and an Acura TSX. Both are right about the same price, same miles and everything. My vote is for the Subaru, hands down.
What do you all think and why?
