I have been getting the low fat subs from subway, ham usually, it says it only has 4 grams of fat in it.
I was just wondering if it was actually pretty much good for you as subway does have a pretty bad reputation for being really bad for you. I am pretty sure its good for you right, or maybe not good for you but just, not bad for you?
