I'm 24 and I've been doing the gym on and off for about 2-3 years now but I have yet to find a good routine that works for me. I am a medium build 180 pounds (aprox 18% body fat) bench 80ish lbs / curl 70ish lbs and I'm looking to tone down to maybe 12% body fat and increase mussel size a little. I'm hoping for a more tone sculptured look and not a large massy look.
Can someone recommend a routine that might help me out? Has anyone done anything similar? Should a start with leaning down with interval cardio and then massing up wit Hight Intensity routines? Any help anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
