after people helping me out by telling me he was the author who i was thinking about, i was wondering if u guys could suggest me to some good books from him

im not too familiar with his works, and im thinking he has a very famous work that i just cant remember the name of... anyone think they know? its kinda bugging me

anyways, what're some good books youd suggest by him? are all of his books grusesome / violent/ tragic etc etc? id be more interested in reading some of those ones first, so if u know any in particular please let me know!

also, did he write in another style other than what i just said above? if so, what are some books following more that style of writing?

thanks guys!

i'm the biggest poe fan.these are my favorites:
the tell tale heart
the cask of amontillado
pit and the pendulum

they're more like short stories but totally worth reading. He's a badass writer! as soon as i moved here to baltimore i found the poe house lol
