My boyfriend committed suicide two months ago. he had borderline personality disorder. It seemed like he had extremely poor impulse control.
If you ever had suicidal thoughts, can you be so kind to explain to me what exactly you thought about? what made you want to end it? Do you have a detailed plan?
My boyfriend killed himself by hanging with a belt on the door. I couldn't believe that. Do you think he might have planed it? or it was just an impulsive action? I think I am going crazy
