lately iv been having depressive episodes hopeless dark moods and suicidal thoughts. iv been imagining various scenarios dont have a clear plan and havent tried to form one, but i cant help but think that the world would be better off without me. when i'm around my mother i worry that i'll lose control and hurt someone, when i'm around my dad, i feel suicidal and think il hurt myself thought i haven't tried to at all. does this seem like a serious situation to you or am i just being melodramatic and stupid?
