Suikoden 2 on psp rumors?

I been hearing suikoden 2 coming out for PSP, but im wondering when is it going to come out. I've been playing number one now for like 5 days and have gotten 3.5/4 thru the game. I'm dieing to know when is it going to come out. Its one of my childhood games that my uncle game me. I was to little back then to know how to take care of games. So if you know please tell :D
