Do any of you computer techiesknow what SuperDat Engine Package is? Every time I go onto the internet I get asked if I want to download it, and it's getting vey annoying. I can't remember who produces it. I'll tell you next time it pops up.

Could be on of two thinsg..

It could be a piece of what's know as Spyware.

Spyware is basically programs used to gather information about you by advertising companies, that they sell on. Gt yourself a good firewall and spyware scanner. I recommend ZoneAlarm firewall, and Spybot search and destroy Scanner

It could be update files for your anti virus. The reason I'm not sure is some spyware is named similar to legitamte programs to confuse people. Do a spyware and virus scan too see.
