SUV debate.... what do you recomend?

So my husband and I are tied with 2 great SUV's. However one has more space and the other has less miles. We have 4 kids but only 1 during the summer, this is where the 3rd row seat would come into play and less trunk space. Or we can get the one with trunk space whether the 3rd row is up or not, but this is the one with more miles. HELPPPPPP.....
 
get the one that fits the best, the other one will be uncomfortable less miles.
 
Buy the one that is in the best condition, as confirmed with an inspection by a mechanic. The one with the most miles may actually be the one in best condition, and will therefore be more reliable.

Or buy a nice minivan like the Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna-- lots of seats and storage space too.
