Switch bluetooth on, Advent laptop?

How do I turn bluetooth on, i cant see it under the control panel area

check in bios system.when u starting u laptop keep pressing button F1 or F2

You might have a physical switch on the front or side of the laptop.

There should be a switch withwhat looks like
a 'power pylon' symbol possibly on the front
if your comp. If it is radio enabled.
