My brother wants a cell phone but doesn't want to pay the $30 required for the internet so I thought it would be a good idea to buy a cheap -or possibly even free- phone with the $10 internet and switch out the sim card to a smartphone and mainly use the wifi at home. Good idea? T-Mobile plan, by the way.
