Symbols dont show up on my computer like hearts, peace signs, & stars...on the

internet.? I want to know how to make my computer able to show the symbols instead of blank boxes. & dont say a language pack because im not talking about language symbols not showing up. im talking about starts and hearts and things like that. thx
instead of symbols on my computer showing up, little square blank boxes show up.
