I have been extremely ill for the last 5 days, and I am not improving, although I am drinking loads of liquids and sleeping up to 14 hrs a day. I am experiencing extreme dizziness, so much that my husband has to walk me to the bathroom and sit in there with me to make sure I don't fall down when I try to walk. Whether I am sitting, standing, laying down, or just turn my head to the side, I feel a wave of dizziness wash over me. I have felt nauseous, had really bad headaches, my urine is a dark yellow to light brown color and there is a lump on the left side of my neck that is painful to the touch. I can't afford a doctor, but if this sounds familiar to any of you and you can recommend what treatment I should ask for, that would be greatly appreciated. I am the only person working in my family and cannot afford to take off sick from work anymore. I have already missed 4 of out the last 10 workdays because of this, I need help. Any ideas?

umm... symptoms do not sound familiar but there are clinics that will charge next to nothing for people without insurance that can not afford to go to a doctor.

Yes you can start taking some vitamins and minerals to help your body battle this. Most people are very low on vitamin D and that is why so many people are now chronically sick with colds and flues. Vitamin D is integral to the functioning of the immune system. So if you can't afford a good multivitamin with minerals (which would be the best option overall), start with vitamin D. My mom is in the hospital with a leg infection, for 6 months already, and I saw her start improving almost overnight when I started sneaking her vitamin D a month ago. The doctors are baffled to say the least.
