Can you please explain to me what the $10 T-mobile data plans include? Whats the difference between the $10 hotspot plan and the $10 200mb plan? Does either of them include wi-fi? If i use wi-fi instead of the data, would it count into the 200mb limit? My phone is a Gravity Touch if it makes a difference.

How much is 200mb really? is it decent? like how much internet use is that?

T-mobiles $10 data plan includes 200 mb. Basically loading one page on the web would be a mb, connecting to the marketplace would be a mb, downloading an app would be a mb, anything having to do with connecting to data would take up 1 mb each. It adds up pretty fast during the course of a month but if you don't use much data then its a good deal. However if you end up going over 200 mb by the end of the month the bill can get quite expensive so watch out. Wi-fi is free, if your in an area with wi-fi access you can connect to the web for free but you have to first connect to the wifi. So using wifi does not count against your data limit. I'm not sure what the $10 hotspot plan is but i think that has to do more with the high end phone that t-mobile offers, like the myTouch 4g or the g2 so don't worry about that. Hope this helps.

It's a good deal if you don't use too much data. Check your monthly bill to see what you use, wi-fi won't count on your data plan. My wife uses about 120MB a month on her Blackberry but most of that is just the Fqacebook app which shes on a lot. I'm on mine all the time and I use 400-500MB a month.
