I am on the even more promo plan to where I have everything unlimited. It says my bill is due 12-25-11 but new billing cycle is 1-05-12. When will they sgut my pgone off?
There is USUALLY a grace period- I think it is probably one week or ten days. However, you can make a payment arrangement- dial 611 from your phone and say "Payment Arrangement" and it will guide you through the automated process. When it asks if you want to set it up to automatically debit from your checking account, you can say no and continue with the arrangement if you want.
