t-mobile help?

i cant recieve or make calls or send and recieve text messages can anybody help im on t-mobile and have nokia 8800 is the network down? my phone has been perfectly fine i havent dropped it or caused any harm?can anybody help?

My network is fine. There faults team are very good from when I've used them, they'll ask you to check a few things, and dont mind sending out a new sim card or making arrangements to get your phone fixed if necessary. Call 150 from a t-mobile phone

Try turning it off and then back on.
My phone does that sometimes.
