I just got a Blackberry about 3 weeks ago. About 4-6 days ago my phone was stolen. The next day we got the phone turned off. By boyfriend called T-Mobile and he ''says'' the automated recording told him he cannot get the new phone shipped to him UNLESS i file a report with the police about it being stolen. But the other day an associate told him the deductible was 90$. So why cant` we pay the 90?
How does this work? Can someone give me the number to call? Or where on the website I can find out further info?
