T mobile internet help?

I have an android and dont have an internet data plan. like two days ago i accidentaly clicked on my browser ad bam! youtube loaded without wifi or anything. my uncle pays the bill but i dont want to increase the bill or anything plus the internet is going pretty slow, im using it right now. So whats going on??? thanks

If there is not a block on pay per a mega bite your uncle is paying 1.99 per a megabitebyou download.... Or he switched to a new plan where it's all included because all our plans now come with internet just 500mb of 4g speeds then it throttles!!!
