T-Mobile or AT&T in Reston (Virginia) area?

Hi, I am willing to buy a GSM phone. I stay in Reston (Virginia) near Town Center. Can anyone suggest me which network is better in Reston area? T-mobile or AT&T?
 
T-Mobile has had a couple of major service outages that have given it a poor reputation for network reliability. In fairness, they claim to have fixed those problems. While AT&T gets complaints, too, there has been nothing as dramatic as what T-Mobile has endured.

I use AT&T, and I have been very satisfied with the service. I recommend them.
