T-mobile Shadow - Do you like it? Pros/Cons?

I want something a little more then just a traditional phone, like a Blackberry Pearl or Shadow or something to that affect. I've been looking at the Shadow and like it, but I want to hear from people who have it and see what you like about it and don't like about it?
