t-mobile sim card At&t phone locked?

i got a at&t htc inspire and i put my t-mobile sim card inside of it but when i turn it on it says the network is locked how do i unlock it preferably for free.
i was lookin on the at&t site and it says they wont do it unless ive had an account for 90 days or have a good account or something lik that should i still call to get it unlocked?

Your mobile is locked with AT&T network.
So whenever you use the t-mobile network, your mobile asking you the unlocking code.This unlocking code will be provided by your network provider or you may get it from online providers like Simpleunlocking.com .They will helps to unlock your mobile easily.

There are cell phone repair shops that will do it for a fee, otherwise try contacting the carrier. They may do it for you.

You can get the Unlock code from Online site and Unlock it...You can also get the unlock code from service provider..
