I have an iPhone 5 and a Macbook Pro 15 inch.
I'm going to college this fall.

This is for portable-computing since I'll leave my Macbook Pro in my dorm because it's pretty heavy.

What tablet should I get?
iPad, iPad Mini, Galaxy Note 10.1, Nexus 10, Nexus 7, Surface?

Notetaking?

Or should I sell my Macbook Pro and get a Macbook Air?
Or get an iMac with a tablet?

What to do!

Just go for nexus 10,it has an eye catching magnificent 301 ppi screen, faster processor good build quality, android 4.2.2 and many more.
Also since it is a nexus decice yo will get all the updates sooner than anyone.
Just go for it, it is the best

iPad 4 or Nexus 10 because galaxy note doesn't have a screen that is as advanced as the two I've listed..and the Surface is just...not good in my opinion. Surface is a computer, yet a tablet? So it's running a desktop on a tegra 3 SoC, it won't get great battery life and you can expect overheating..also. It's aimed more towards productivity and you can't really download anything that you would on a regular PC. Adding the fact that there's no integrated keyboard....think of the surface as a very....VERY VERY limited PC with the battery life of a laptop PC and resolution....of a laptop pc.

It all comes down to whether you like IOS or ANDROID at this point
