Okay so I asked a question a couple minutes ago about starting to talk to my ex again. And things were going well, better then they have ever before. And last night he ended the convo by saying:
Damn well I'm about to go to bed, so you can text me whenever if you want. Good night, have a merry Christmas, and a happy new year if I don't talk to you before then. Later.
I'm not sure how to take this. I know it seems tense but that's how he is when he tries to hide what he really wants to say or feel. Or am I just making an excuse?
Be honest because I don't want to get caught up in things and get hurt again. Thanks!
