...sometimes it will rip back? when i go to start it it sometimes pulls back to the engine and hurts my arm...anyone know how to fix it....it never did that until i took off the side cover today (because someone put a bolt in where i pour my oil) now it runs like crap and will rip the recoil start out of my hand while i try and start it....when i pulled off the side cover something was hanging by a small little wire and had a metal "hook" like shape (half moon like shape) and i couldn't figure out where it went so i just took it out because i didn't think that it belonged in the engine....also when the side cover was off and i started to pull the recoil start i heard a pretty loud "hissing" noise coming from inside but i couldn't figure out what is was.
