Teen romance books please?

So I'm really into adorable, gushy girly teen romance books. (I know, i know. such a girl). But i love them. I LOVED:
How to be popular-Meg Cabot
The Lonely Hearts Club--Elizabeth Eulberg
Triple Shot Bettys in Love--Jody Gehrman
Sing me to sleep--Angela Morrison
Leaving Paradise/Return to Paradise--Simone Elkeles
Hush Hush Saga---Becca Fitzpatrick
etc

I don't like vampire books, but I do like dystopian, future books (already read Hunger Games and Uglies, LOVED THEM!), but i'm more into modern day. Don't like historical or books that take years to get to the point. I am NOT a pervert but I'd like teen romances that either have detailed make out scenes, or at least something of that nature.
I read more than i breathe, so as many answers as possible!!!

Also, they MUST MUST MUST have a happy ending. I cannot stand them if they don't, or have an annoying main character. And if they have sequels, or are an entire series, even better!

I'm not into the teenage romance genre too much, but I loveloveloved this book!
 
Mortal Instruments series. It's sci-fic/fantasy, but it takes place in modern day New York. Has an actual plot other than just all romance, but there is a significant amount of romance in it to be considered romance. It's not really...gushy girly either...because there's lots of fighting and...fighting. But there ARE detailed make out scenes, just not every other chapter and such. The romance increases each book. It's a really good series that I think you'd really love!
 
The Fallen series
Also try Maximum Ride, but the series isn't over yet so I don't know if it has a happy ending.
There are a lot of manga, too, try
Vampire Knight, even though you don't like vampires
Ah! My goddess, but there isn't a lot of kissing... of anything else...
 
You'd probably love borrowed time by CJ Lyons, give it a chance its a great romance action book
