I have decided that when I am 18 years of age I will take a "Coming out" trip to Morocco. I have a friend there so it's not like I would actually be there alone. My parents don't like the idea but i have currently been researching things about Morocco and will continue to do so until I decide when I'm leaving. I just want to know if anyone had some information about traveling alone to foreign countries or if you have been to Morocco and what it is like. I feel very confident that I would be perfectly fine traveling by myself. I have travel alone before only in the U.S but I know that if I went by myself I would be kept safe by my friend's family. If you have any information you could give me that would be very helpful in calming my parents down.
