Telus Blackberry Torch on Fido?

I currently have an unlocked Telus Blackberry Torch on Fido and when I have my Fido SIM in there's the red roaming triangle. I have turned off data usage when roaming, but I'm concerned that I will be charged for roaming. Is it a glitch or will I be charged for roaming ?
