Telus - Free Incoming Calls?

Is there a telus plan that would allow me to receive free incoming calls from the US?

I've read threads that say if I am in my local area when I answer his call, I will not get charged anything. But I have also heard that I wil get charged long distance. So which is it? When I was with Rogers I got free incoming calls from anywhere and I didn't have to worry about my balance going down.
 
It's both. You don't get charged for local incoming calls, and you get charged if you get non-local incoming calls.
