TELUS I am not receiving all the text messages being sent from CHINA?

I am on telus,i get some messages not alot i have gotten 3 much more have been sent tho.

i updated my roaming list,and all my messages get there im pretty sure.

i talked already with telus,didnt get anything i didnt say,is there anything i can do to make it work so i will get all messages ??
 
Well, the problem is one of two things. Either the person sending is having the issue or your company that is receiving is having the issue. When it comes to international calling or texting it is always done through a 3rd party (Not yours or the other persons provider). So my suggestion is to try and document the time, date, and number that is sending you text messages and report it to your tech support team. They may need to open a trouble ticket to get that resolved. Not much you can do, sorry.

Well said. International text has always been 'hit and miss'.
