Telus "pay as you go" question !!!!!!!!?

I just bought a new phone and its activated on a telus pay as you go plan. Heres the question. If somebody text messages me Do I have to pay for receiving it ? What if I text someone else .... how much do I pay ?
( its just not in the little book I have)
