ok i havent used my phone for like a long time and they disactivated it, and i dont know how to do it online i went to the site and its for a brand new phone activation, mines not brand new its just been off for like a year.
I'm guessing that you are talking about a Pay&Talk phone. If so, you can reactivate on-line by filling in the required info and 'topping-up' your account. You have also lost your old phone number and the system will generate a new one for you.
