I called telus on christmas eve about no internet connection they did all the trouble shoottng
in the end the aproved me for a new modem. they said it should be at my door in 3-5 business days
after 2 weeks it never showed so my mom called and asked what was taking it so long. they said there was no record of us being aproved for a new modem. so they were gonna send one. that one came and 2 days later the one I asked for was on the mail
what should I do. my mom wants to dend to back cause she thinks we'll get charged for it. if they didn't have record of it should I just keep it?
