Okay so my iPhone 5's sleep button is unresponsive. You have to press extremely hard just for it to work, and sometimes, it doesn't even work. It hasn't even been a year since i bought it and put in on a plan. Will telus replace it? or at least fix it? Im going to telus regardless but im just wondering if they would repair it for me? give me a new phone? or?
