tesco internet phone in Pakistan!!?

I heard that If you have a tesco internet phone in UK and you send it to Pakistan where it will be connected to broadband you will be able to make phone calls to it at landlines rates and free if you have contract which most of us do... is this right
 
I dont think it will work as there is no tesco in Pakistan. looolz
Pakistan have very cheap offers in phone cards anyway. Just tell the person to buy from there, also you can get internet cards for 10 rs like Hungama and use internet phone.
