I have 1 betta, 2 neon tetras and 2 rummy nose tetras (i know i need more but i only have a 70L tank and petshop dont tell you that they need to be in big groups -_-) anyway i have one internal filter that is 380L/H and when i have just that filter, it doesn't clean the water very well although it does keep nitrate levels good. so i decided to put my 300l/hr hang on filter aswell, which made the water very clear, but with them both on it makes a pretty big current. i had them both on and my rummy nose's had white nose's and all my fish were on the bottom swimming against the current. i have turned the hang on filter off and the colour is gradually getting redder. what should i do? any suggestions for a filter (70L tank) that wont make any current but ill clean water and keep nitrate etc good or any suggestions? sorry for all the writing but thankyou for your answers!!
