Text Messaging for Cingular?

Hello, i have a motorola Razor v3 and i want to know if there is a text messaging plan for $5 dollars that lets you do unlimted texting for that phone?
Also,
How much does reading and texting cost now without the unlimted texting?

There IS a $5 plan, but it is only for 250 messages. UNLIMITED messaging is $20/month.
