Texting in class with Motorola Droid?

I know you are going to say you are in school to learn not to text, i know that.Please dont tell me that it will piss me off...I need some more new ways to text in class..These are the ways i've used and am using right now; Under my sweatshirt, in my sweat shirt pocket, beside my leg and behind a book/binder.
I have a Motorola Droid and i'm not so good at using the touch screen to text without looking yet.I'm really fast and accurate at texting with the qwerty slide out keyboard..I also need some good ways to hide it quickly

Take one of your school books, you don't need them, and cut out the middle of some pages so you can place your phone in there. When a teacher comes by just flip some pages over to cover your phone. The teacher will think you're really reading and smart and pass you with high grades too. It's ok to text in class, Only smart people need need an education any way. That is what yahoo answers is for. . . right??
