The audio works on my VCR but the video doesn't. What might be wrong with it?

I know a VCR is kind of old and everyone uses DVD players now but I have this kind of old movie that I wanted to watch but its only on VHS so the only way I can watch it is on my VCR but its not working. I can hear everything perfectly fine but I cant see anything the screen is just black.

what might be wrong with it??
How can i fix it??
