The best flash card for Nintendo DSL?

I understand that there are many out there, and I am fairly new to this. What is the best flash card for DSL? In terms of reliability and functioning (and reasonable pricing). What experiences have you had with them?
Sorry i wasn't really clear, i mean for example to put NDS roms on etc, you know ones with a microsd slot , goes straight into slot 1.
