The best way to calm anxiety?

i am feeling nauseous, shaky, and gassy.i have to keep taking deep breaths, my mouth is all dry. its horrible, i am worried i may get the stomach bug, i havent eaten anything since 9pm last night, it is not 11am. my stomach is growling but i refuse to eat. i also didnt get a wink of sleep in 23 hours. i just can't seem to settle myself. everytime i feel sick i think i have the Bug but then i worry. its like this big cycle, what can i do to help?
i meant, it is Now* 11AM.
 
it sounds like you might be having a panic attack. try and calm down, you need to sit down, take some calm breaths (not neccessarily deep ones) and sip some water. Why are you worried about a stomach bug? It sounds as though a bug might be not as bad as what you're going through! Try and not worry, and eat some food - it will make you feel better, and not eating is guarenteed to make you sick! Hope you feel better soon
