The Celebrity Apprentice, was it Scott's fault for not being a team player?

Seems like the Men's team lost because of Scott not being a team player. I think that when Scott did not want to listen to Tom (due to jealousy) he did not consider Tom's opinions that could have made the Men's team win. I think Scott acted like a coward and Scott is a COWARD. Just like Hershel is also a COWARD for name calling Tom (telling him to shut-up..very unprofesional and thuggish) just to kiss Scott's ASS and gang up against Tom.
 
Totally Scotts fault. Tom my be a little high strung, but he was trying to help out a lot, and if they would have given him a task to do, then maybe he could have focused his enegy on the task at hand. He had some good ideas, everyone just shut him out. Scott and Herschel should both leave, although Clint seems to be a bit arrogant also. Not a fan of him either!
