My brothers got a 2007 Sonic metallic blue mustang and someone scraped his rear bumper pretty good. This is not a clear coat scratch this is like to the primer. How much would this cost to get this fixed? I heard that if a scrape is that deep they would have to repaint the whole panel just so it looks even.
