HOW TO MAKE MY SPEEDFEED:
You buy a garbage disposal cover at your local hardware store (make sure its the right size, bring your halo/rlb/pulse if you need to).
When you get home after buying/stealing your cover, you want to open it and remove the metal ring that is in the inside of the cover. do what you want with that thing cuz i find it useless.
then take the rubber part, and cut each flap in half leaving a gap between the sections (this requires 2 cuts, basically duplicating the cuts that are already in the cover).
Then take these (there should be 12 flaps) and cut them in half, just cutting them, not leaving a gap like before, just split each piece.
Wear it in with use and voila! you're done.
