I will be giving you some things that pisses me off about Employment. Now, please note that I do not have a job and never held a job. This thread is based on what I've been hearing throughout the internet AND real-life. I will also be whining about applying for jobs and even the hiring process. Note that this is a whining thread, so let me warn you that there are faulty statements in this thread.
Fuck-up #1: Employers who do not answer their phone
I understand if you're busy, interviewing, or absent from work. But there is some of employers out there who don't FUCKING answer their phone, period. Another thing, if there is going to be a human resource department, don't have just one person, menards. Because if that one person goes to the hospital, who's going to call people for interviews?
Fuck-up #2: Employers who treat their employees like shit
Employees are there to work, not be your slaves. Stop treating them like shit. Don't call them names, don't accuse them of stuff, don't yell at them for stupid things, don't do anything that might upset them. Treat them like they are your friends and don't be an ass.
Fuck-up #3: Employers who mislead their applicants/interviewees
If you're going to post a misleading job description, then you should be banned from managing a business for life. Also, putting fake job positions on your website should also get you fired. You guys may not have seen this, but according to the indeed forums, there is a bunch of old crapheads who post fake jobs.
Also, don't post jobs you don't need. Otherwise, employees should feel the urge to sue you.
Fuck-up #4: Wrongful Dismissals
If you're going to fire someone just for being married, quit your job please because you should not be a manager at any store.
