Considering the furore these little chaps have caused should we not declare a Golliwog Amnesty so that people may hand their Golliwogs in at a police station without fear of prosecution that people may clear their consciences and no longer live in fear of a knock on the door from the Golliwog Police.
Also suggestions please how the Golliwogs handed in should best be disposed of bearing in mind they are an endangered species
